Parent Service Organization (PSO)
The transformative education offered at Great Hearts Northern Oaks would not be possible without the generous and passionate commitment of our Parent Service Organization (PSO). As a parent and/or guardian you have joined a community of like-minded families dedicated to the success of Great Hearts Northern Oaks and its students.
All parents and guardians are members of the PSO. There is no club to join, nor dues to pay. Please take a look at the PSO website below and see how you can get connected!
Please be sure to address your message to one of the leadership team members below.

Volunteer Requirements
Every volunteer must have a new background check on file each school year prior to volunteering on campus or chaperoning a field trip. CLICK HERE to submit your volunteer background check application. Once you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Raptor. Please allow at least 48-72 hours for applications to be processed. For our student’s safety, there are no exceptions to this requirement. Please consider submitting your application today so there are no missed opportunities due to a lack of clearance.
In addition, FERPA & Confidentiality Agreement forms must be submitted. Please submit those forms to the lower school front desk or email them to Kristin Pelletier or Marianne Horstman.
Grandparent volunteers – while most in-class volunteer services are reserved for parents and legal guardians, we love to see grandparents at school too. If you are a grandparent who would like to volunteer on campus, please submit the Grandparent Volunteer Authorization Form to the front desk along with your FERPA & Confidentiality Agreement forms.
