Every volunteer must have a new background check on file each school year prior to volunteering on campus or chaperoning a field trip. CLICK HERE to submit your volunteer background check application. Once you are approved, you will receive a confirmation email from Raptor. Please allow at least 24-48 hours for applications to be processed. For our student’s safety, there are no exceptions to this requirement.
Grandparent volunteers – while most in-class volunteer services are reserved for parents and legal guardians, we love to see grandparents at school too. If you are a grandparent who would like to volunteer on campus, please submit the Grandparent Volunteer Authorization Form to the front desk along with your FERPA & Confidentiality Agreement forms.
